Summary

The International Trade Administration sets procedures for importers of USMCA-qualifying medium- and heavy-duty vehicles to document the U.S. content of each model. Once approved, the 25 percent tariff of Proclamation 10984 applies only to the non-U.S. content. Submissions open February 2, 2026.
