USTR finds that 54 of 60 investigated economies failed to impose and enforce a forced labor import ban and six failed to enforce one, and proposes additional duties of 10% for economies with or committed to a ban and 12.5% for the rest. Comments are due July 6, 2026, with hearings from July 7.
