Summary

USTR imposes Section 301 tariffs on all products of 60 economies that fail to prohibit imports of goods made with forced labor: 10 percent for economies that have or have committed to such a ban, 12.5 percent for the rest, some net of MFN duties, from July 24, 2026, with tariff-rate quotas for Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia and Malaysia.
