Summary
President Trump directs action in the section 301 investigation of Brazil's practices on digital trade and electronic payments, preferential tariffs, anti-corruption, intellectual property, ethanol access and illegal deforestation. USTR had proposed 25 percent tariffs on all goods of Brazil, with raw materials and other products in the Annex exempted.
