Summary

USTR modifies the Section 301 action on China's maritime, logistics, and shipbuilding sectors and imposes additional duties. From November 9, 2025, 100% duties apply to STS cranes and certain cargo handling equipment, while the LNG shipment license-suspension provision is removed and some vessel operators are exempted.
