Summary
Articles that are entered free of duty as a good of Mexico are not subject to the additional ad valorem duty described in Executive Order 14194. The additional rate of duty on potash is reduced from 25 percent to 10 percent, effective for goods entered for consumption on or after March 7, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. eastern standard time.
