Summary

The Commerce Department amends the offset procedures so domestic medium- and heavy-duty vehicle manufacturers can apply for import adjustment offsets. Applications from domestic MHDV manufacturers can be submitted starting May 15, 2026, and the notice replaces the June 13 procedures for automobiles and related parts.
