Summary

Under Executive Order 14309 implementing the U.S.-UK Economic Prosperity Deal, the International Trade Administration sets a tariff rate quota for UK automobiles, preferential treatment for UK parts used in UK cars, and removal of certain tariffs on UK civil aircraft products, with an annual quota of 100,000 vehicles. Changes take effect June 30, 2025.
