Summary

The Bureau of Industry and Security establishes the process for adding additional automobile parts articles within the scope of the automobile and automobile parts tariffs. If a domestic producer or industry association requests inclusion, the Secretary of Commerce must determine within 60 days, and any inclusion applies from 12:01 a.m. eastern daylight time the day after the Federal Register notice.
