IREN launches a $875 million convertible senior notes offering

• On October 7, 2025 it launched an offering of $875 million of convertible senior notes due 2031.
• It expects to give the initial purchasers an option for up to an additional $125 million.
• It plans to use part of the proceeds for capped calls and the rest for general corporate purposes.
• As of October 7 it had issued 66,707,732 shares in its at-the-market offering for about $1.0 billion.
